The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for direction to the respondents for unsealing the business/ commercial tenanted premises of the petitioner situated at Room Nos.C/12 & C/13, Mauza Benipur, Mohalla Prakash Market, Police Station Bahera, Post Office Benipur opposite State Bank of India, District Darbhanga.

3. It is submitted that the respondents have no authority

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.265 of 2015 dt.17-04-2015 2/2 to seal the immovable property of the petitioner-Society.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, paragraph 21 and 22 whereof discloses that the Investigating Officer of the case after proper investigation has since unsealed the premises in question and handed over the same to the petitioner's employee.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid statements made in the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
