2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 307, 354, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of Dian Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other accused person armed with iron rod started assaulting the informant and his family members. It is further alleged that the co-accused fired upon the son of the informant with an intention to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. There is a case and counter case and there is also a civil dispute going on between the parties.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
