2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 6 of 2012 arising out of Excise P.S. Case No. 270 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. 19 trees of Ganja have been found. The petitioner is alleged to be involved in the Ganja cultivation.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Narhat Police Station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
