Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that calculation has not been made in terms of sub-section (3) of Section 30 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and

Patna High Court MJC No.872 of 2015 (10) dt.09-11-2016 Resettlement Act, 2013.

As the order of this Court has already been complied with there is no need to pass any order. If the petitioners have any grievance, they will take legal course in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
