JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23593 of 2017, but he could not surrender before the court below within stipulated period on account of fact that he was pursuing BBA at Noida and makes a prayer for extension of time for surrender.

In such view of the matter, the period of surrender before the Court below is further extended by four weeks. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23593 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
