2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have defalcated government money of Rs. 14,00,920/- under the different government schemes.

4. It is submitted that petitioners are innocent and they have committed no offence. As per the report of B.D.O Rajapakar vide letter no. 831 dated 22.10.2020, the allegation seems to be not correct and the entire work has already been

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 368 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
