JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 After some argument, Sri Bhavesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of Sri Shantanu Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor requests for disposal of the present petition, so that, petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.
