The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A), 494, 323, 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29688 of 2019(6) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 husband and wife, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute in terms of Memorandum of Agreement dated 13.12.2019, which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 13.12.2019.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that she has no grievance in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner.

In view of the Memorandum of Agreement dated 13.12.2019, which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 13.12.2019, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
