The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was sitting in the examination of Second Indian Language in place of Niraj Kumar Yadav in the examination conducted by Bihar School Examination.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.02.2019.
