Patna High Court CWJC No.2662 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 Though the petitioner has prayed for a direction against the order dated 8.1.2015 of the Assistant Labour Commissionercum-Assistant Returning Officer in convening the meeting for finalization of the details of election but it is admitted at bar by Mr. Mukhopadhya as well as Mr. Gupta that election has already been held yesterday i.e. 12.02.2015 and thus the issue raised has been rendered infructuous and grievance at such stage of the matter can only be raised by way of an election dispute. This writ application is disposed of accordingly affording liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum as available to him in law by filing an appropriate application.
