The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dinara P.S. Case No. 06/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 407, 408, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant who is a District Manager, BSFC, Rohtas made allegation that the different PACS Chairman committed irregularities while purchasing excess paddy against issuance of enforcement of paddy. The petitioner is a farmer of Lilawachh PACS and he sold his paddy to Sri Daya Shankar Singh, Chairman of the PACS. The petitioner did not commit any irregularity. He only supplied paddy to the PACS Chairman and the Chairman purchased excess quantity.

No.26405 of 2016 (3) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
