For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Paswan For the Respondent/s : Mr. AC to SC-2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Paswan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-2 as well as learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Party no.8. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding on an allegation of purported disobedience of an order dated 25.06.2014 passed in M.J.C.No.2605 of 2011. By the said order, this Court had refused to initiate contempt proceeding in M.J.C.No.2605 of 2011 against

Patna High Court MJC No.707 of 2015 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Opp.Parties, which was filed on an allegation of disobedience to order dated 28.10.2010 passed in C.W.J.C.No.8534 of 2006. I have perused the order dated 25.06.2014, whereby this Court has not interfered with the matter and disposed of the case. After perusing the order, the Court is of the opinion that the present petition, which was filed for initiating contempt proceeding on an allegation of purported disobedience of an order dated 25.06.2014, appears to be misconceived. The petition stands dismissed.
