1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of appropriate writ/writs. order orders in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 12.07.2018, 14.02.2019 and 26.11.2019 filed by the petitioner for continuance on the post of

The petitioner further prays for quashing the letter contained in memo no. 3566 dated 04.06.2011, whereby the petitioner had been reverted from the post of Junior Accounts Clerk to Correspondence Clerk arbitrarily. in violation of principle of natural justice as well as in teeth of guidelines contained in memo no. 13293 dated 05.10.1991 issued by General Administrative Department.

Government of Bihar. The petitioner also prays for any other writ writs, order orders which the petitioner may found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Deputy Secretary, Building Construction Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Deputy Secretary, Building Construction Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be
