1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of two cases and is in custody since 07.06.2025 and is not the assailant of the deceased, as specific allegation of firing is against Jagdambi and Julmi. It is also submitted that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 63939 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 25.02.2026 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is next submitted that charges against the petitioner stand framed by an order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure3) to the regular bail application.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the regular bail application of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 474 of 2016.
6. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely Sudhir Panjiyara.
7. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner, in that event, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application stands allowed.
