The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of committing assault by several persons on the informant's side, in the background of land dispute.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that similar accusation has been levelled by the petitioners' side against the informant leading to registration of Sikraul P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60227 of 2017(2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 No.76 of 2017 with accusation under sections 143, 323, 341, 307, 379 of the I.P.C.. Though from the informant side several persons have received grievous injuries, but petitioners' side have also received grievous injuries. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that both sides have received grievous injuries and it appears that accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 75/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
