The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For Commanding the respondent authorities to pay the fee due upon them amounting Rs. 4,11,25,000/- (Rupees Four Crores Eleven Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Only) with respect to 192 students studying in Pratap University since 2018-19 for their fee of their academic year of 2018-19, 201920, 2020-21, 2021-2022 under Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme (hereinafter referred as BSCC).

(ii) Commanding the respondent authorities to pay interest of 24% p.a. upon the due fee

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of its grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted. 3.
