JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-03-2018 Vide order dated 17.07.2012 a co-ordinate bench of this Court directed listing of this matter along with CWJC No. 4452/2012. It appears that this matter was somehow left out when CWJC No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12065 of 2012 dt.19-03-2018 2/3 4452/2012 and other analogous matters were listed for final disposal before a learned co-ordinate bench of this Court. The judgment disposing of CWJC No. 4452/2012 and other analogous matters was delivered as back as on 22.05.2015 and pursuant thereto the Department of Agriculture, Govt. of Bihar has come out with a resolution as contained in Memo No. 3054 dated 13.07.2016. Thereafter, this petitioner has made representations to the Secretary, Rural Works Department, Govt. of Bihar, copies of such representations have been brought on record by way of Annexure-21 to I.A. No. 4521/2017 filed on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner thereafter mentioned this matter for listing and disposal in terms of the order dated 22.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 4452/2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the State are unanimous in their submission that the issues involved in the present Writ Application and in CWJC No. 4452/2012 are identical issues and, therefore, this case would also be governed by the judgment of this Court in CWJC No. 4452/2012. In this view of the matter, as submitted before this Court, this Writ Application is also disposed of in terms of the order / judgment dated 22.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 4452/2012 and other analogous matters, a copy of which is enclosed as Annexure-19 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12065 of 2012 dt.19-03-2018 3/3 I.A. No. 4521/2017.

The Writ Application is accordingly disposed of. Interlocutory Application, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
