1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For quashing the ex-parte order dated 20.08.2013 (Annexure-3), passed by the Inspector General of Registration, Patna, Bihar, in Second Appeal Case No.02/2013, as contained in Memo No. IX- 5-6/2013-2227, by which, the petitioner, without being heard, has been declared guilty of having committed breach of the provisions of the Right to Public Service Act, 2011 with a fine of Rs. 5000/- imposed on him as punishment."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8729 of 2014(7) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 fairly submits that with the efflux of time the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.
