JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.12322 of 2005 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 21.01.2015.

On being satisfied with the averments made in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, it is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 12322 of 2005 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioners in the coffer of Bihar State Legal Service Authority, Patna within two weeks from today.
