The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 registered under sections 270, 272, 328, 467, 468, 471, 472, 419, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 4/6 of the Trade Mark Act and sections 30, 30(a), 35(e), 36, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has been made accused only on the confessional statement of co-accused Hari Rai. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
