"for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for setting aside the order dated 04.07.2014 passed by Hon'ble Justice Smt. Maridula Mishra, Chairperson of Bihar Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.22526 of 2014(4) dt.01-07-2025 2/3 Tribunal in B.L.T. Case No. 23 of 2013, whereby and where under, direction has been given to the Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah to hand over possession of land measuring 4 Kattha 30 decimals appertaining to khata No. 436, Khesra No. 1121 after removing encroachment there from, if any and that Jamabandi earlier running in the name of Basudeo Upadhay, subsequently cancelled in view of the impugned order dated 23.03.2012 passed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, must be restored, and that the order dated 23.03.2012 passed by District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah and set aside the order dated 25.11.2012 passed by the Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.238 of 2012-13 and direction has been given to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah to comply with the direction as contained in the order dated 04.07.2014 preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of the order."
