The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case no. 328 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 469 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that petitioner, who is Chairman of PACS, Sadullahpur, submitted revenue papers showing the land of 10 katha in his name, but in the year 2012-13 and 2016-17, he had supplied 60, 85 quintals of paddy to the PACS. Thereafter, on the compliant petition, inquiry was made and it was detected that the petitioner had submitted rent receipts in respect to Jamabandi No. 70 detailed in Panji No. 11, but on verification the entry was not found correct. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.30515 of 2019(4) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 fact, the petitioner had submitted receipt in respect to Jamabandi No. 70, Tauji No. 17160, but, unfortunately, in the column of the name of raiyat that was blank due to that reason, this miss-conspection arose, which would appear from the report dated 31.10.2018 of Rajashwa Karamchari submitted to the Circle Officer, Bisfi, which is at page-31. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
