2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Saharsa - respondent no.2 with respect to grant of relief as claimed in the present writ petition.

3. The District Magistrate, Saharsa is directed to take appropriate steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner and direct the Sanctioning Authority to revise the pension of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7107 of 2023 dt.18-08-2023 2/2 petitioner after granting financial upgradation on account of time bound promotion/ACP/MACP from the date the same is applicable to the petitioner. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation. All the retiral dues which is payable to the petitioner in accordance with law must be paid within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
