JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State appearing on behalf of the respondents. Petitioner claims that he had supplied Passbooks and registers etc. to respondent no. 3 after such order having been placed by him in the year 2012 itself. But after making part payment of Rs. 30,94,754/-, the balance amount of Rs. 11,76,526/- is yet to be paid by the Department concerned and for that he has made a representation before the respondent no. 3, i.e., Director General, Bihar Institute Public Administration and Rural Development Walmi Campus Phulwarisharif, Patna, but no decision has been communicated to him and the dues have also not been paid.

In such a situation, this writ application is being disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.3566 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 of with a direction to the respondent no. 3, i.e., Director General, Bihar Institute Public Administration and Rural Development Walmi Campus Phulwarisharif, Patna, to examine the matter and take a decision upon the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure 3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be correct then the admitted amount should be paid to him within a further period of four weeks. In case of non-payment of the admitted dues within the aforesaid time, the petitioner would be entitled for simple interest upon the unpaid amount at the rate of 10% per annum.
