JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Sigauri P. S. Case No. 71 of 2017 instituted under Sections 323,341,342,379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both sides are co-villagers and there is case and counter case in between both sides and seven persons , all of same family, alleged to have assaulted the informant and one another but only one injury on each is found on the person of them and those injuries are simple in nature and the petitioners have clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Aklesh Yadav @ Akles Yadav and Rajender Yadav, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
