Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 325, 308, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, there is land dispute between the parties and on account of that altercation took place between them and both the parties sustained injuries for which case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties. Hence, the petitioners deserve the privilege of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
