The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly fired causing injury at the palm of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2019. Land dispute is the reason behind the occurrence. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is
