2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 233 of 2023 registered under Sections 8(b), 18 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant along with other Forest Officials found illegal cultivation of opium plant. The plants were destroyed and further it was alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons were involved in the cultivation of opium plant.

4.Having considered the accusation and the criminal antecedent of similar nature of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
