JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For directing the concern respondents to make payment of arrears of salary/honorarium to the Petitioner since March 2020 till date, for the work she has worked as Anganwari Sahaika (आंगनबाडी सहाययका), at Hemanpur Anganwari Centre (Centre no.123) under Katka Paigambarpur Panchayat.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8276 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/3 (ii) For directing the concerned respondents to allow the petitioner to make attendance and allow her to perform her regular duty as Anganwari Sahaika ( आंगनबाडी सहाययका), at Hemanpur Anganwari Centre (Centre no. 123) under Katka Paigambarpur Panchayat.

(iii) For directing the concerned respondent to make payment of current salary/honorarium on regular basis.

(iv) For directing the concerned respondent to make enquiry, that when the petitioner was appointed vide letter no.108/2003 dated 24.04.2003 issued under the signature of the Child Development Project Officer, Paliganj, Patna after due process of appointment/ selection then on what ground/reason the petitioner has been stopped from making her attendance and further her salary/honorarium has been stopped after April 2019. Further for directing the concern respondents to take appropriate action against the responsible person, for the aforesaid action/inaction."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8276 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 3/3 Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
