2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

" That the present quashing is being filed for quashing the order dated 30.11.2013 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge-3 Darbhanga in Cr. Revision No. 60 of 2012 as well as the order dated 14.10.2011 passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Darbhanga in M.R. No. 1788 of 2009 by which proceeding under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure initiated by the petitioner was dismissed."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

No.50399 of 2014(5) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to him to move before the appropriate forum alleging that the previous order of the Court dated 25.11.2009 in Cr. Misc. No. 9721 of 2009 in which he was the opposite party no. 2 has not been complied with by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Darbhanga.

4. Learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
