BAJANTHRI) 15-05-2024 The present MJC / contempt application is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.11.2020 passed in CWJC No. 23029 of 2019.

2. Limited direction was to consider the petitioner's

Patna High Court MJC No.1373 of 2021(4) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 request and decide on merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such request. On 15.02.2021, representation is stated to have been submitted and the same has been decided only on 10.05.2024 that too after number of orders passed in the present contempt application.

3. There is enormous delay in complying the orders of this Court, therefore, petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
