1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP-18.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus for a direction upon the respondents to modify the compensation as has been assessed by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur which was not as per the market value of the land as such petitioner has suffered heavy monetary loss.

3. Learned AC to GP-18, at the outset, submits that in the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the writ application is not maintainable as petitioners have remedy of
