2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 402 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a katta causing simply injury. Subsequently, after two months, the injury has been held to be grievous in nature. The

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea/concerned Court in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 402 of 2023.
