Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. From the pleadings and materials on record, it is not disputed that order dated 13.11.2013 passed in MJC No. 1841 of 2012 has been complied with.

3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to file detailed representation before the Registrar of the University with regard to any remaining grievance they may have relating to any dues not being paid.

5. If such an representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar of the University shall get the matter looked into and verified from the records and pass a reasoned and detailed order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

6. It goes without saying that if any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioners, the same shall also be paid within three weeks from the passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
