2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.171 of 2024 instituted under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he fired

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32862 of 2025(2) dt.20-05-2025 2/3 upon the informant but she saved herself. Petitioner nos.2 and 3 assaulted with lathi to Ram Babu Yadav and petitioner no.4 gave iron rod blow upon Bisheshwar Kumar, who sustained left hand injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both parties are agnates and there is land dispute between them. There is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. He further submits that the injuries on the injured are simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.171 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 482
