27-07-2016 Heard Sri Priyank Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Shashtrinagar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 461 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and during investigation, petitioner's name has come, whereas, on going through paragraph - 3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner is accused in similar type of offences in other cases also.

Keeping in view the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
