15-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-13 submits that of course in compliance with the order of the writ court, the District Superintendent of Education, Bhagalpur has passed a reasoned order long back in the year 2008 itself, same was not communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner has come to know about the order after filing of
Patna High Court MJC No.5278 of 2013 (7) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 show cause on behalf of Opp.Party no.6, which was filed on 7th December,2014. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition with an indication that if the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of the District Superintendent of Education i.e. Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of Opp.Party no.6, the petitioner may assail the same in appropriate proceeding.
The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
