The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2021 in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.86 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 88 litres of country made liquor from the motorcycle but the petitioner has no concern with the seized motorcycle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 31.10.2021, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge-1, Bhagalpur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30233 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.86 of 2021. The petitioner will visit Kajraili Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
