The present writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(I) For quashing of letter no. B.S.E.B.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7218 of 2024(3) dt.17-09-2024 2/3 (SS)/College-Estab./1009/D-2024 dated 28.03.2024, issued under the signature of respondent no.7.

(II) For commanding and directing the respondents to substitute "Senior Secondary School" in place of "College" in the nomenclature of this institution, being, Rajeshwar Lal College, Ali Nagar, Nalanda.

(III) For commanding and directing the respondents not to interfere in the proper functioning of the institution concerned."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed detailed representation before the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board, (Senior Secondary), Bihar, Patna (respondent no.7) on 01.04.2024 but till date no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation alongwith all the relevant documents before the respondent no.7 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.7 is well advised to pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

State is also directed to inform the District Education Officer, Nalanda, to supply the inquiry report within a period of

It is made clear that, if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, respondent no.7 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 7.
