JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 On call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Sri Sarvadeo Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 to 7 / officials of Veer Kunwar Singh University, in presence of learned AC to SC -XI, submits that in view of the facts disclosed in the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 to 7, the order

Patna High Court MJC No.646 of 2013 (6) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 of the writ court has already been complied. He submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court case of petitioner was considered and final order has been passed vide Annexure - 'A' to the show cause i.e. order dated 1.3.2014.

In view of the fact that in compliance with the order of the writ court a reasoned order has already been passed by the Vice Chancellor i.e. Annexure - 'A' , the court is of the opinion that no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with an indication that if petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of Vice Chancellor i.e. Annexure - 'A', he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The petition stands disposed of.
