The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that final form has already been submitted in the case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
