The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash an order dated 04.04.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna. By the said order, the petitioner under the provision of Bihar Control of Crimes Act, 1981 was directed to report regularly in the Police Station till conclusion of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.733 of 2019(3) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 parliamentary election, 2019.

Sri Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that while passing the impugned order, the District Magistrate has considered two old cases, which were not required.

Fact remains that impugned order has lost its life. Accordingly, we do not find any ground to pass any positive order. The writ petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
