Petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.Case No.84 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 365/364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. P.K.Shahi, learned senior counsel of the petitioner would submit that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2020. He further submits that on the basis of statement of one of the shopkeepers the petitioner had purchased two sets of mobile, one of them was used by his staff, which was found used for payment of ransom.

Considering the fact that there is no specific material

No. 29270 of 2020(2) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 of demand of ransom against this petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.Case No.84 of 2020, CRI Case No.388 of 2020 with condition that both the bailors should be GST registered traders.
