No. 871 of 2012 which is pending before a Division Bench and now the aforesaid M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012 has been dismissed on 21.10.2014, as such, the present contempt application may be dismissed in terms of the order passed in M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present contempt application is dismissed in terms of the order passed in M.J. C. No. 871 of 2012.
