That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the respondent authorities, prohibiting them from misusing the provisions made in Code of Criminal Procedure Code as any action under Sections 107,

Patna High Court Cr. Regard being had to the prayer made as quoted hereinabove, I am of the view that the application is thoroughly misconceived. It is dismissed, accordingly.
