2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event he expresses his readiness to keep the complainant with due dignity and honour. This is the first complaint of its nature since the petitioner and the informant were married on 01.03.2017. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Despite valid service of notice upon opposite party no. 2 who personally received the same, she has not put her appearance nor is she represented when the matter is called.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and
