2. The prayer is for tagging of Sessions Trial No. 765 of 2008 with Sessions Trial No. 87 of 2010.

3. A perusal of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge on 21st of December, 2015 in fact shows that both the trials have been tagged together.

4. In view of the said fact, no order is warranted in the present case.

5. The writ application stands dismissed.
