The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order, dated 07.04.2016, passed in Cr. Rev. No. 567 of 2015, whereby, following order has been passed by this Court:- "The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 25.08.2007 passed in Maintenance Case No. 86M of 2006 by the Addl. Principal Judge Family Court, Patna.

Having gone through the records of the case I do not find any reasons for interference. Hence the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37625 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 application is rejected."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the said order was passed without hearing the petitioner, the same needs to be modified.

In my view, the said order, dated 07.04.2016, cannot be modified on the plea as has been taken on behalf of the petitioner in the present application.

This application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
