Mr. Raj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State assisted by Dy. S.P., Fatuha.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 137(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the main accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29347 of 2025(8) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 in this case is Baiju Yadav and the petitioners being mother and relatives of Baiju Yadav, have no role to play in the alleged offence.

5. The Dy.S.P., Fatuha has also submitted that the victim girl has given her statement that she has eloped with one Prince.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
