JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is decision of the respondents whereby instead of adjusting the alleged excess amount from the joint signatory only the respondents have considered and fixed the accountability against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to letter dated 12.09.2010 submits that the respondents are required to adjust the excess amount not from the petitioner alone but the

In view of the letter contained in Annexure- 9 the writ petitioner is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, (Establishment), Serv Sikchha Avian, Samastipur at Samastipur by filing representation along with a copy of this order within a month and the respondent District Programme Officer is required to take fresh decision after hearing the petitioner as well as the others joint signatory and pass appropriate order with regard to the liability of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-9 within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
